This is a work in progress...it was a christmas gift for a special person. Will be fixing a few things in the future, but wanted to post it now that I won't ruin the suprise. My illustration for the topic will be up soon (ish).
Look'n good. I would still soften out the hard lines on the flukes and the fin... maybe darkening that back fin a touch; it's getting lost. The front has a lot of weight and volume and that flattens out in the back. I think blurring out out would help that.
I have a phone now btw. Be excited for me, Crum. BE EXCITED!

I completely agree with what you said, I've left this guy alone over the break so I'll start fiddling with it again and fix up those issues...I'll repost it when I've done that. I don't want to give a time frame for that because I'm lazy.

Nice! Underwater coloring seems hard! Esp thinking of the reflection of light through the water...
